mysql on mac os 10.2.8

    This is a long shot question, does anybody here know how to get mysql working on mac os 10.2.8 jaguar version? I have looked at a number of forums and the mysql web page with no luck. I am using server logistics "Complete MySQL" and have looked at there forums to no avail, if anybody here can explain step-by-step how it is done I would appreciate it. Thank you
