Hey peeps. I've done MG on a number of occasions but never tried Hawiian Baby Woodrose. Lots of varying experience reports out there. A lot of seems to depend on the method of injestion so I am asking if anyone has any first-hand experience with this 'sublingual method' described in this trip report:

Seems to take a few more seeds but it's not like they're really expensive. Also, how do people feel about the ability of a cold-water extraction to stave off the nauseu that seems universally experienced by people who chew the seeds? Will 4 of 5 hours of soaking in spring water do the trick or should it be overnight?

Also, just curious: will filtered water obtained with Pur filter or a Brita do the trick just as easily as spring water?

    thx in advance
