I don't know if he really did it or not, but he is weird enough I'd never have let him be alone with my kids.
There is a disease where blacks lose the pigment in their skin. A guy where I work has it. He went from black to white over the course of a few years.

 

about why he settled all those years ago...maybe he didnt want to go through a huge embarassing exploitive court room drama to prove his innocence? ever think of that...

you know, im sure most of the people on that jury came in with the preconception that he was guilty too, and you know what, they didnt convict him, so bleh

 

i was surprised they didn't select the jury more carefully than they did... they're not supposed to be biased at all

 

He got lucky.

EDIT: He was found not gulity in a court of law. That doesn't mean he didn't do it, it means the state didn't have a strong enough case to prove his guilt.

I didn't trust the jury at all.

They laughed at a witness for the state. Those fucking assholes.

A juror went in not guilty because of one of the witnesses behaviour...... no other reason

the jury was selected for reasons other than just thinking

the system is flawed, freedom is for sale and even had he been convicted he wouldn't have gone to san quentin.......

he would have taken a cell very similar to martha's old one.....

He probably did it, but there wasn't enough evidence to convict him.

In America, probably guilty means innocent, and thats how it should.
