Zonk, do you mind if I publicise this event on Socialist Unity? I'm trying to get a few links going between differering anti-capitalist ideologies, and there's not an SWP member in sight It also looks very interesting, and I know a few local people who read our site....
Dont see why not....as long as we dont get a load of red flag carrying,Socialist Worker selling half-wits turning up and getting themselves all in a fluster, should be fine!
Hahahaha, no worries about that, I clash with them as much as you do! Socialist Unity's not a party anyway, just a group encouraging left unity in the anti-capitalist movement. If you want to write anything for us from an anarchist perspective, you're more than welcome....
There you go, you're up there now: http://www.socialistunitynetwork.co.uk/diary.htm I've tried to include a range of stuff which is outside of the traditional socialist scope. If you think of any more you want to add, let me know....
Tis a term I use often and with great sincerity....unless you're a member of the SWP. In which case sadly I resort to 'Tanky Trot Croney Ass-wipe'. Don't know why....just can't help myself.
I can quite understand why you might say such things, I may have to start using that term of endearment myself for certain SWP members. Some of them are very nice, and quite committed democratic socialists who think that they can change the nature of their distinctly undemocratic party, I'm perfectly happy to work with these people. But others really are automotons with no minds of their own, and remind me distinctly of Boxer from Animal Farm....

Poor Tim...his parents took him to the anarchist book fair and all they bought him was this lousy tee-shirt:
Ah...well .....due to youngest son chucking himself fully clothed into the paddling pool in Waterloo park...only for about an hour or so
HAHAHAHAAA!!! that tshirt is awesome!! Really is wikkid. Im not big on t-shirts with swear words on but that cool (and a mighty handsome looking lad wearing it too )
Hey Zonk, do you reckon you could do a report on the event, maybe a couple of hundred words? I could put it up on Socialist Unity and get it more publicity for next year....
