Okay so imagine you have been told by your mom that you have an older brother that was put up for adoption and he called saying he wants to become a part of your family? I mean think of the mind blowing news that you have some older brother that wants to become a part of your life even though he has his own family.
Well in this situation the mom was raped and that is why the baby was put up for adoption in the beginning.

So you are telling me after eight years you were told you have a daughter? Well in this case I would think it as mind blowing as the adoption son situation. I mean for all these years you never thought of something like that and now you have a daughter and have to become a dad and all this crazy stuff.
yes. after 8 years I was told...I missed all the cute stuff and now get to deal with the teen years. I love my daughter, but I am less than happy with her mom.
i daydream of the day my parents tell me I was adopted.. as for the brother thing, it would be a real shocker, id probably have all types of questions for my parents as to why he was put up for adoption, i guess...

I'd be thrilled to find out that I had other siblings. I mean, sure, it would be a major shock, and might take some getting used to emotionally at first, but hey, the more the merrier, right?
when I was younger I found out I had a sister that was given up for adoption and she wanted to meet us. I was so happy about it. I cried and cried with happiness. I met her when I was 10 and she was 21, because of the age gap, it took awhile for us to become close, but now that I'm 22 and sh'e 33 the age gap doesnt seem so big and we are much closer and I love her to bits!
