I've had my share of bad boys in my time...at first it was exciting...

Now...I'll take the 'nice guy' anytime...

So we don't all love the bad boys...

because bad boys are unpredictable and they are more exciting and risky and dangerous. Bad boys make you test your limits.

Give me the run of the mill good guy...I'll take predictable and down to earth any day over that other crap.

That is not it at all. People like what is more of a challenge, you dont need to be a jerk to be a challenge. Being a challenge is simply showing u have a life or etc besides her, and not supplicating or asking for anything from her.

Yeah, right. The simple fact is what you probably consider a 'run of the mill good guy' is what most 'nice' guys would class as a guy with more than one asshole credential! Women are hopelessly attracted to arrogance, but 'perfume' this up into what they call confidence, self esteem.

The number of women I have met in my life who genuinely are attracted - and this is the magic word; many women 'like' nice guys, but they are 'attracted' to assholes - is miniscule. For some reason, the overwhelming majority of them do not like it, either, when nice guys are aware of this, it's as if their secret maniplulation of 'nice' guys into friends and all that crap is out the bag; they much prefer it when the nice guy believes them when they stuff such as 'oh, you're really 'nice'. or 'lovely' or - the all time killer - 'just friends'.

But, there you go. Attraction for most women has nothing whatsoever to do with logic.

I know what I like and I don't like assholes in any way, shape, or form...once I find out they have asshole qualities...that's it...no thanks.

    But think what you want.

I think women are attracted to bad boys at first because they appear to be strong and confident.Eventually, the bad boys show their negative side in being arrogant, insecure, possessive, jealous, controlling, even violent sometimes which most women don't like.

maybe its like the female "well mines bigger" contest. they really want to put us into a pit and bet money on us with the other girls, and who likes to lose? yeah thats it for sure.
