ALL rap is like that if you think that rap is limited to what you hear on those shitty commercial RnB tracks. But if you get into proper hip-hop then you'll realise that it's not all about staring at the floor half-heartedly slagging off your ex-girlfriends. There's energy, creativity, rhythmic complexity and poetry involved in the best rapping. but you'll never hear it on the radio or in the charts because it's just not commercial.

 

i like wu-tang caln and old skool r&b/hip hop, but ever since the mid/late 90's mainstream rap sucked. i'll only listen to underground rap cause their are some rappers with a good message. (i'm sure it's been said on this forum before) Jokerman that's a funny sig ya got there.
