one can blackeye peas, one can black beans, one can corn, (rinsed)
one onion diced 2 cloves garlic minced, one jalapeno or sweet pepper;seeded n diced, a dash of salt n pepper, and a slop or three of oil n vinegar, chill n serve, best if chilled 24 hours in advance

good with tortillas or flat breads..

make ya cum thru ya mouth...

brother,, that is good,, im not a vegan,( i listen to my body), sept on occassion,, that an tater salad is what i had for dinner last night an breakfast,, fuckin tater salad an some bread,, man its paradise...

 

if you really want to make that taste more like caviar, add about a 1/4 cup of pickling salt into the mix (sodium nitrate)

I never understood how somthing as shitty tasting as caviar could cost so much.

I think I had that before... I looks/sounds like this stuff I tried at some family thing I went to with my boyfriend. It was delicious!

i've had something very similiar to this before....it was SO good....they called it cowboy caviar.....i kind of like smokey mountain caviar better....

 

i've never had real caviar...

i've never had real caviar either....nor did i ever want to try it....sounds and looks quite disgusting to me.....
