my screen colours are so warped..

    my monitor is so discoloured..its getting worse, i don't have any magnets near my screen or anything so i dont know whats causing it but its not good for my photography..

    anyone know if u can fix this? or what else causes it?

    It could be your VGA cable. Perhaps one of the pins is broken in a connector or a wire has broken or something. You could try a different cable and see if the problem is still there. Or maybe the cable's just a bit loose, see if you can plug it in a bit more firmly.

    poke around on those buttons on the monitor, you should have somewhere in those options, a degauss option. of google for your monitor manufactur and how to degauss it.

    it might help you out, and it looks pretty cool.

    I once serviced a tech call on this - turned out the guy really was on drugs.

    Seems slightly appropriate for this forum hehe

    My speakers ny my monitor caused crap once. if they are near then put them further away. But it could be new monitor or a spanky new Grafix card time :)

    degauss first. if that dont work, then check cables. if that dont work then check card. if that dotn work then scrap the pos.
