Most overrated artist!?

I agree..... Led Zeppelin is far from overrated......you are in a very small group of people who would say Zeppelin for this question

 

i also think queen is somewhat overrated, personally i don't think their that great musically

i'd agree with that, but then again most rap i've heard i've hated, i tend not to think about it really. my brother listens to NAS and cannot stand that, lol have to go out the room

 

ok, maybe i was exagerating a little. Floyd were good, but not totally overrated and not really kicking major ass, just good.
BTW, i can't believe people are saying that led zep and jimmy page were overrated! led zeppelin is by far the best fucking band ever!

 

"Overrated" doesn't exactly mean bad, but a lot of bands get more praise than they deserve. A band should be rated based upon how good their worst stuff is. But that's ju my two cents.

John LKennon is overrated. Good song writer, but not great guitarist.

 

The most overratded artist is Elvis. Imo, he wrote a few catchy songs and is regarded as the best thing to ever grace the music world. U2 aswell, I used to respect VH1 until they voted U2 as the best Rock band ever! They aren't bad, there are just a few hundred bands who are better.
