Hi all. yes i am back.MR ICEMAN RETURNETH. i have not spoken to many of you or been posting since December due to illness and depression caused by my illness.this near death experiance has however made me take a long hard look at my life and to change the bits that i had the power to change ,the bits i didn't like. but now i am back(SORRY)but i am. I am just as ugly. just turned 35(june 6th)and back in the arms of my brothers and sisters of THF..........and i look forward to chatting to you all again. i would like to thank from the bottom of my heart those who offered me encouragement and support when i was ready to turn it all in and say that i am beaten.Without you i would not be here , i would be a fading memory. laid to rest on histories bed.
