restaurant people: you MUST read this book!

I just finished a book called Waiting, by Debra Ginsberg.
if anyone here has ever waited tables, you have to read it. i got it on half.com for $4, but maybe some libraries have it (mine didn't). i can't believe this shit goes on in restaurants all over the US....i thought it was just mine!

What goes on?? lol,I get curious when you say stuff like that. My Mom worked in the restaurant industry for years,maybe she would like to read it. I am always looking for new books to buy her,she reads them faster than I can get them

 

:H hmm i couldnt find it on that site maybe ill try some other places-ive tryed that induststry and had some icky not so nice experiences thought my boyfriend has mananged to put up with it for years cuz he says its better than office work and other stuff,though they dont make u take drug test i still highly would not recomend it unless you are DESPARATE definately sounds interesting though,amy
