Some people say gays decide to be gay and other say that they are just naturally that way. We know for sure there are gay animals in nature, and some gays wouldn't be gay if they could help it because of the rejection from family and friends. I don't really know. My health teacher said they all made the decision to be gay. Now, I kinda think hes full of shit. Anyway, this is a question for somebody who is gay- Were you attracted to people of the same gender, did you notice it? I mean like, for guys, were you attracted to girls and did you fantisize about having sex with them before you knew you were gay or did you not do that? Same for girls but vice versa. You have my full respect (until you say something bad to me or do something [like smoke a sig in my face]). In medevil times they used to burn gays alive, but back in ancient Rome being gay was openly accepted. I am just confused, and I feel bsed, so I am asking here.
well of course i am bi but i did fantasize about women long before that... i think calling it a "decision" is a bad word, i'de call it a "realization"... i think we are all born into a world full of beautiful men and women and in that sense were born the way we are... its just being able to grasp it... i dont think its a "decision" or something we were born with, unless being born on the earth is enough.
I can fall in love with either men or women; the mind and spirit is what matters, not the body. Although I do feel attractions to certain members of both sexes, I don't let that get in the way of what I believe to be important about a person.
