i'm moving up to canada, to attend a Proffesional Recording Arts Insitute, and i heaerd alot about the mellow marijuana culture in British Colombia.....i've heard people say, that much like Amsterdam, in Vancouver you can find grass in shops, and purchase it quite easily, is this true? or is this some blown up rumor? either way i'm very excited about moving up north....hope you can help....
You can't buy it in shops, but it is very easy to find. It's pretty much legal here. You can possess up to 15 grams without being charged. There are some cafes in Vancouver where you can chill out and smoke up, but they don't sell it.
umm alot of people sell it up here.. most people as a matter of fact. Almost everyone on my street ha. I am not to familuar with the local stores selling it... At least I havent herd thast rumour... there are alot of shops where you can buy pipes, bongs, screens, zigs, and hemp stuff...
