    Who do I have to KILL to get my teeth into some "Pine Nuts"! These are basically, Pinion Pine seeds. Very popular around Tahoe.

    they sell them at the grocery store i go to

    i had a difficult time finding them when i lived in illinois, but i've had no problems finding them here in massachusetts.....

    mmm, pine nuts. food for the gods, especially toasted. Don't know where you'd find them though - they aren't so scarce here.

    I probably have to GO toward Lake Tahoe to get some. Dammit. I was hoping I wouldn't.

    if you manage to find some toast them then put them in a blender with basil leaves and watercress and garlic and stuff and you get pesto! hmmmmmm
