    seems to sum it up rather well in a few paragraphs,,,, for those wondering what a national is like ;)

    well it was actually the 74 gathering he went to and wrote about..72 was the 1st gathering...

    kinda funny but the article is dated 2003 and the writer is speaking of Utah. Are you sure the writer is talking about the '74 Gathering? Chrystal Kitchen is the only 'Kosher' kitchen and far as we know, the brother that runs Chrystal first hit Gatherings in '96 (least that's when we met him)

    well the fact that he refers to Jerry being already dead and buried in the third paragraph would have to put it later than '95 now wouldn't it?

    musta been the last utah gathering,, who knows,, me an dilli were to busy laughin our asses off to worry about exact dates,,,...

    Just assummed by the pics it was a earlyer gatherin..

    Does it really matter when it was ??

    Nope, doesn't matter when..... it's just plain old funny. {black and white photography can add a vintage mystique to just about anything though :) }

    He never mentions the year. In the first paragraph he mentions the year that the first gathering happened (1972) but no more years are mentioned after that. The was prteey good, especially that part about singing itsy-bitsy spider.
