I want to o platinum. Can I do this with one bleaching kit? Or will I have to bleach is several times? I have reddish brown hair (dyed).
If it is dyed reddish brown you cannot bleach it platinum yourself with a hair dye kit. Ther result with be pale orange/peach tone. Go to a hairdresser if you want a good result. The last pigments to leave your hair when bleaching it is the red. That's why the result would have a lot of pinky/orangey tones in it if you just bleach. A hairdresser would de-colour/bleach followed by a dye to get rid of the yellows and reds. It's easier for someone cendreé or light ash brown to go platinum because they haven't got much red in their haircolour to start with.
