can you tell me if a plant 2months old can be put under 18/6 for a week and then be returned to 12/12 grow?
hi green'. I'm sure the plant would survive, BUT..."inconsistant light schedules can cause/promote hermophrodism" :& ..nd that you do NOT want.
pure mistake. I am also having difficulty with getting clones to work. do you know where i can get step by step photo advice? cheers for the reply
I dont know but it probably has some effect. Can you help me find the info on the clones? cheers mate Ken
The light change can cause hermes, it's true- but if it's just an isolated incident it probably won't. The plants will, however, need to restart the flowering cycle prety much from the begining, so you've extended your flowering time. It sounds like you were growing under 12/12 from the start? If so, the effect wil be minimized. But stil- don't do it again! Check this thread http://www.hipforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=91324 for two cloning methods. My buddies method(the second one)is simple and super efficent. Try it.
:& sorry for not getting back with a MASSIVE thankyou the end result was 5oz white widow I will try the cloning method you suggest and post the results. once again cheers
remove any flowering regions of the plant. should take a little while to get back to vegetative. but should go back into flowering almost immediatly with 12/12
