School computers blocking sites..

Hey just recently the school put up some kind of stupid ass site blocker for different sites.. norml.org.. erowid.org.. some hemp sites like hempnation.org and anything relating to remotly anything about drugs. Even information on totally legal drugs like salvia (sagewisdom.org) they blocked. But no, of course they leave www.freevibe.com and all the anti-drug sites. I've tried e-mailing him numerous of times trying to get an answer and the little bitches never e-mail me back( by the way I was VERY polite in the e-mails). What else can i do for them to stop blockin these actual educational sites. Or atleast a way around it..Thanks

What's even funnier is some site blockers have even blocked sites about breast cancer because of the word "breast."

 

What did you THINK they do at all those PTA meetings? Decide what YOU can see and NOT see.

 

The funny thing is, one of the people that sits near me, he tried out different porn sites on like a third of them worked..

 

Using library computers is a similar deal...couldn't get on breast cancer awareness sites because they came up as "sex", couldn't get on hipforums for awhile because I opened a posts with the word "whore" in the subject title (I complained loud and long to the librarian about that, and she let me disable the filters), was looking up info about actress loretta swit (major hoolihan on M*A*S*H) and couldn't get that because it was labeled "sex" (Go figure...Lord have mercy!)...very frustrating!

Oh yeah, looking at porn at school is WAY easier than they want you to think. Doing research in Business Law on a convicted serial rapist... not so easy.
