I get most of the "Jim" variations people can think of.. Jimbo Jimski Jimmerz Jimston Jimmy Jimslip Jimbob ...and on, and on.
Well my real name is Elise (wow i actually typed fleassy then ... then remembered that wasnt my name ) as a little baby girly my daddy called me: Leasie, Leasie lucy lastic, Smudge (cos i smudged his glasses a lot), squabbit. as i got older mean kids at school used to call me FUR!! (cos i was named after the song Fur Elise and we had to learn it in music class) and egglice ... they werent too nice. Then in year 8 a kid who was being mean but used to be my friend called me fleassy leasie (cos he was taking the mickey of my daddy calling me leasie) so i took fleassy as a nick name. Fleassy Queen of Sheep since then i get Fleace for short Fluffy (grrr) Poo face (*shakes fist at moonie*) and jaycee calls me Pebbles and Fleassy Bug.
No one uses nicknames for me anymore, but back in my school-days, I had various ones: 'Dave the Rave'; Dave-boy Daithi (...Irish for David) Thug (...after some guy in Home and Away if I recall correctly; I was inclined to get myself into fights quite often back then - and no, I'm not proud of it) ......and of course - plain-old boring Dave.
"Johnny Wow" (Think it has something to do with my bright dress sense) "Spoonman" or "Spoons" (Because I play the spoons) "Jesus" (Because I look like him, apparently)
I've gone under many a name in the past..."Mike"..."Bruce"..."Cher"..."Profler"..."Titface"..."you there, in the bushes"..."The Defendant"...each with a long and boring story that I won't explain to keep from boring you, apart from "you there in the bushes". That has a remarkable and interesting story attached to it that I can't explain for legal reasons Pseudonym_13
awww thankies nom....uma! tis a nice name *hugs* and jon, you can lick my face on the condition that your breath smells of...purple basil some people have amazing nicknames...my friend, pixie...isn't that so cool? her real name's xanthe, which i reckon is just as cool though
Hmm, well I guess Rosie is a nick-name anyway, as my real name is Rosanna (waaaaay too sophisticated for me!). No-one calls me that except the government, my exam results, and my ex-boyfriend. My mum calls me Rose-bud, and my dad calls me Roz. Most people call me boring things like Ro and Rose. Some call me Rosalita after my extreme obsession with a particular Bruce Springsteen song (it's Mike's fault!!), or people in my Spanish class call me Rosita. My lovely friends like to call me 'dirty slag', and my best mate calls me Rose-pea, which is pretty cute. I also get Shez, Sherza and Sherwood from my surname, or 'Little Shez' when referred to by some of my brother's mates. Maureen is another, but only from Kat, and PissPercy is a lovely one from PooPhoenix. Oh and Mercy, since the day my boss bought me Bob Dylan's album 'Oh Mercy' for Xmas one year, and it just kind of stuck. Nothing very exciting though I'm afraid.
(Hippie_girl) My name is Louise so I get variations... Lou Loop Fruit Loop Loops Floop Floops Loopie Lou Lou Lou Floopy Poop (my little sister thinks she's clever) and different variety of names my boyfriend calls me
As I child I was just Emma at school. At home my dad called my Emzie or Emm-Jayne. At high school I got Emily or Emzie-pops (which I really didn't like) off my bestfriend. My chemistry teacher called me Harpo or Happy Harpie. At college I tend to get Spammy, Spam, Spamface, Schpammy, Spamhead etc. It started off a bit of a joke that I liked the concept of Spam so much, but now I can't seem to escape it. I'm Beany or Beanface in some circles. I dunno, I guess there have been other nic names at times...but on a whole though I'm just Emma or Emm and that's how I like it.
...sounds like a viciously-potent hallucinogenic ....Good grief - you poor creature! Those seem somewhat ...unfriendly! Did it have something to do with your e-mail address being abused by spam-artists? Yeah - that's what I'd stick with as well I think. 'Emzie' is ok as well though, as is 'Xiola'.
It's not all bad, and I brought it all on myself anyway I had a bit of an obsession with the tasty luncheon meat in a can back in the day. :& In fact I wrote a song which the forums very own Beautiful_Day sang...
Yes, I thought that might be it as well actually, but was afraid to ask. ...about 'meat in a tinned can'? By Jove - there's a feat!
Jimbo and the Jet Set! I used to walk home quickly from school just to see that ... JimmmmBO.....JimBO ... JimBBOOOOOO! Just me then. Nurse, the pills!
Damn it, I remember that! The theme tune is still somewhere in the back of my mind...and I used to get the comics They don't make kids' TV like they used to...
I think I still have that somewhere . I have no idea at all where it is though, I reckon it'd take a week of searching to find it
