I just saw David Nelson, Buddy Cage and Billy Laymon. Yeah, under-rated for their time. How 'bout Seldom Scene?
thin lizzy...good choice. i saw them in concert last year w/ deep purple and joe satriani. i caught the bassists pick.

i agree with Lucifer Sam [on the whole, how can we decide which band is most under-rated sort of thing] and im also honestly appauled at some of your choices...most of you are thinking popularity...[and im sorry, but Led Zepellin is not under-rated, they are probobly far over rated] you are thinking too much of what you hear on the radio [or what you dont hear for that matter]...i can name a bazillion random country artists you have never heard of and claim they are under rated cause i love them and no one else listen to them... King Crimson Led Zeppelin Donovan SRV? these are all very well known, well respected bands and artists...
