how do ya arrange/organize a hippie wedding...

If a couple don't want a stuffy old church wedding, instead thinking of doing something outside.
The couple doesn't have much money and actually think its kind silly to spend lots of money on a fancy dress/tux that they would only wear once.
So if any of you had or know of someone or just have some really good ideas about how 2 poor people can have an outdoor hippie wedding in the desert then let me know.

 

One thought, in CA you can get a license to marry people for one day. My brother was married by a good friend of his who got a one day license. My dad got a one day license and married a couple that he knows.

Does AZ have this kind of option?

 

well....u could do it buddhist style or sumthin aha. incense and stuff...u can have a pastor or sumthin...but it could just b a friend. me n my man exchanged vows. wrote em out and said them to each other on a river by ourselves. and gave each other the rings. u could do sumthin like that. it was really nice, esp at sunset

 

Arizona is an easy one to plan for a hip couple. Hold it in Sedona. Near the vortex as possible. It'll be come as you are. Each pays his/her own cost to get there, or gives rides where possible.

you could always do just that. Invite everyone around for a big party, without telling them the cause, and then just get married!
