where i should not even attempt to sew. I have broken 4 needles on this crappin tote bag, seam ripped the sides out twice, and sliced my finger with my rotary cutter. Wugh.
That sucks.. I hate when I have sewing days like that... I normally end up throwing something across the room and walking away
Ouch.....Sorry for all thos bad luck... I have many days like that from making jewelry. How is your fingure? DId you put any neosporen on it? Anyways, as for to today maybe you should take a break today and chill. Like my dad says, if you can't get it today, you can get it tomorrow. So try tomorrow and maybe your day will go better. I started it yesterday..so technically today is my tomorrow. lol Anyway..i pushed on through & finished it..and I hate it. I feel like I overworked it. I need to get started on the curtains for our bus and have them done by Friday. Should be a fairly simple job...I guess we'll see.I swear sometimes I think I forget how to sew when I sit down at my machine. Here is the dreadful bag.
The bag is beautiful and you are an extremely talented designer (looking at this forum I've seen much of your work and it is great). Don't let a crappy day get you down.

I think all artists are like that. Sometimes I won't talk to a painting for a couple days after a bad day like you had. It's normal to only see the mistakes when its this fresh and was such a pain to make. I am sure in a week or two the bag and you will be friends again!
