Nutrient ppm meter?

Does anyone know of a meter/tester that tests specific nutrient's ppm. For example, a meter that would tell me the ppm of the nitrogen specifically in my nutrient solution and perhaps could be able to switch and select to test or check the other nutrients ppm with same meter.

I already have a TDS/EC/pH/temp tester. It gives overall nutrient solution readings, but I was just wondering if such a meter existed to isolate a specific nutrient's ppm.

Or is there anything I can purchase to acheive this end, being able to determine the ppm of the individual nutrients in my nutrient solution?

 

I belive that would take mass spectography.
