I see all of these expensive ass bowls that are made out of metal and glass. How about the cheap $3.49 corncob pipes you can get anywhere that sells lots of tobacco? Do they work good for weed?

Yes, although you need to clean it often. I prefer glass spoons over wood pipes/corncob pipes because of the carb.

Ok Couldn't you just make a choke for it? I don't mind cleaning it often. Where do I find screens for sale not the ones in the sink.

Corn cob pipes.. Ok.. humm.. the bowls are freakin huge.. I know you can do better.. Perhaps even make a metal bowl out of pipe fittings at your local hardware store since you are underage to purchase.. But if at all possible, ask some one of age to buy you age cheap glass pipe.. You will never regret it.. I promise..

you could use a corncob or wooden tobacco pipe. my friends and i did that for awhile when we were younger. you shouldn't need a screen though. there should just be a small hole. and don't bother trying to make a carb for it. i also would try to get a glass or metal pipe from a headshop if you can. i don't like wooden pipes, the wood burns a lil and makes it taste bad.

I bought a corncob pipe yesterday and got high with it all day and then ran a qp through it at a party because it was the biggest bowl there. It also works fine if you pack what you can fit into a glassbowl in the bottom and it burns forever. I had to clean it 4 or 5 times. I am blowed out right now and if this does not make sense I am just saying that a corncob pipe is a good bowl. IMO

A corncob pipe or any regular pipe will get the job done, but if you're trying to save money, you're not. In the old days when pot was cheaper in both price and quality any pipe would do, but it's gotten so expensive that it's best to use a bong or glass pipe which will give you the most bang for your buck, wasting very little of that precious THC.

Wouldn't it be great if you could buy used paraphernalia on ebay?
