    Male,
    Female;
    What are they?
    Bodily form?
    Personal identity?

    Form;
    What is,
    Right or wrong?
    Conformity?
    The death of self expression?

    Self,
    Spirit;
    The body.
    Independent.
    Dictated stereotypes.

    Benign spiritual existance;
    Bewilderment, experience; education.
    Humanity's ostracizing torment;
    Ignorance, judgement; reformation.

    For better, for worse;
    Whether Venus or Mars;
    Gender is a universe,
    And we are the stars.

    This poem is about a lot of personal turmoil. I did not actually come up with the last two lines, I just took them and added my idea behind them.

    Thanks for the feedback. I like to encompass patterns into my poetry; the first three stanzas have a syllabel pattern that builds up every other line.
