What was your favorite game piece when playing monopoly?

My favorite game piece was the guitar.

for some reason the french Monopoly doesnt have the lil different game pieces. we just have different colors, but the pieces all have the same shape.doesnt that just suck.. i always wanted to play english monopoly so i could have the Hat.

oh well. my color was black. =)

 

ah, that sucks. the game pieces are one of the best parts of monopoly!

whenever i played with family they made us have a time limit because i'd just want to keep playing.... i suck

your right! nightmare....it's just that I haven't played it in so long. And yeah.....we almost always finished the game cause we'd put real money in free parking (along with fines, and luxury tax, etc)

 

real money! damn, yeah, then i'd be finishing too.

hahaha.... i'm always the monopoly cheater. whenever someone takes a bathroom break i sneak a couple of hundreds out of their pile and add em to mine. in our family, it wasn't about business skill or strategy, it was about holding in your pee so you didn't get your stuff stolen.

you could always get another set, and when you go to "pee" grab some cash out of that

I'm usually the dog...but when I play with my mom she always wants to be it also, and I usually let her take it. Then I'm the horse.

 

i dont even know what most of the game pieces are

 

i usually wont play unless i can be the battleship

im usually the horse who also wears the thimble as a hat, because no one seemed to pick the thimble..

 

I grew up with a really old motherfuckin original edition of monopoly from like the forties.. so we had coloured pawn-like pieces of wood. ahha those were what they came with back then. I liked the green one.
