    Heres one of my favorites!

    ingredients:

    wholemeal self raising flour
    soymilk (not low fat)
    broccoli
    leek
    mushroom
    curry powder

its a vegie pancake! so delicious
just mix flour, soymilk and vegies to a fairly thick but not too thick comsistancy, with the broccoli leek and mushrooms cut very finely
add a little bit of curry powder for extra tang!
    and pancake it!
i just put salt and pepper on top

another variation is adding brown lentils too
when i do this recipe i put berry jam on it! weird sounding i know but its so yummy!

    apple nut tarts... mmMmmMMMmm!

    1. Start with tortillas (soulrebel51 found a great recipe here: http://www.lasculturas.com/lib/rcp/rcp0027.htm)
    2. Smear 2 tortillas with peanut butter (or almond butter if you don't eat peanuts)
    3. Put apple pieces (or the fruit of your choice) on one tortilla, and sandwich it with the other.
    4. Pinch the edges shut with a fork
    5. Cook 5 minutes on a skillet

    hmmm..
organic quinoa(small grains, like rice sordove) boiled and then sliced organic veggies in it with onion sprouts for a little spice is absolutley delicious, any spice would work really but i prefer onion sprouts for the health value. the organic veggies are added afterwards, so they are warmed but not cooked, so considered raw and healthy nutritious foods, and quinoa is delicious lightly boiled, divine... it is the most balanced form of all the amino acids(protein) that exist, so anyone who tells you meat gives you protein can go fuck themselves because they probably have no idea what they are talking about at all, even vegetarians eat too much protein... it is an ancient grain though, the incans used to use it...

anything in peta bread is absolutley delicious too, with hummus dip, mmmmmmm love hummus dip and pita bread...pita bread is basically just a thick tortilla, im not exactly sure what hummus dip is though ive aten it out a number of times, i think its like a crushed chickpea beans or something? supposed to be a great calcium source i think... and any vegan imitation food is delicious too usually, though not very healthy.

i just like simple foods mostly, there are some very elaborate and tasty vegan recipes, a ton of them in fact that will more than satisfy your taste buds... but i just like a lot of fruits, veggies, whole grain and soy foods really, which sounds like a very limited strict diet but it really isnt at all, its all very tasty and satisfying imo..... the possibilities are endless, even without eating animals or harming them.
