Hi, I'm going to Shanghai for the summer and I was wondering what the drug laws there are. Is pot legal? hash? shrooms? if so, where can they be purchased. Anything about their laws would help, I've looked everywhere and havn't found anything. thanks
Drug abuse and drug traffic are strictly forbidden in China. Both are illegal. Since it is your first time to China, so I don't think you can successfully buy any drugs you mentioned above. According to China's new criminal law, the drug seller will be sentenced to death, if he/she is found to sell above 50g heroin. From this, you can see how hard China is cracking down drug dealings.
