Evian slip up

Evian have an advert which states that its secret is hidden somewhere in the Alps. I am looking for people to come with me in search of the great secret. we may have to wander around the alps looking everywhere as they don't go into detail. But how big can the alps be?
who is up for it?

The secret lies in a tap which gushes out water which is free to all residents of Evian! Tastes gorgeous! You can watch the local restauranteurs drive up in their vans and fill their bottles of water to sell in their restaurants!

Classic! Considering Evian town is expensive as fuck!
