*inspired by my Reiki class last week... Teacher told me to close my eyes and to see with my mind's eye. And so I did. I told my energy to connect up to the sky, and down to the core of the earth. And so it did. I was floating in mid air but tethered to the ground by the roots beneath my feet. And there I was. Rendered still, I am the channel of light and my heart chakra opens to the flow of what is and what is becoming. And it became. And as I came back down to Earth, I saw that I am energy. And so I flow. And I feel light.
