What essentials will you be taking to Glasto / Beautiful days or whatever fest you're heading to this year? I'll try to remember a torch because I tripped over a tent rope and landed on my face at Glasto last year :$

well i suppose i should probably take a tent, a large array of different intoxins, soup and rice to make soupy-rice( and the necessary utensils), my fire staff i should imagine, a back-up suply of intoxins, a girl friend, some clean underwear, my guitar, my indiana jones hat( incase there are any nazi's that need battling), a secret suply of intoxins, oh yes and a tooth brush... and some more intoxins
Never forget some ambrosia creamed rice and cheese It's suprising what you take and never use... I am taking a blow up mattress this time :H
my friend took a blow up materess once... and it just remain deflated for the entire week end... and they are quite heavy... i wouldn't bother.. just bring a blanket and have it folded a couple of times underneith you.

Yes, am taking food and wine this time... can't afford to buy it in there, it was soooo expensive last time. Ooo and am gonna refill a water bottle from the taps in the campsite instead of buying bottles for £2 each. Glasto on a shoe string :&
therm-a-rest matress they blow themselves up you can get cheaper ones but they are the best . and if your broke you can chant for a few hours with the hare krishna people and they will give you free food
Ooo I want to take lots of tins of spaghetti hoops, but I think I'll break my back carrying them. But then again there will be room in my bag this year seeing as I am not taking the 150 cigs I took last year :S I am taking suncream and wellies...just incase! Last year I got sunstroke on the first day and it was horrible, and then when it rained my doc martens got completely full to the brim with mud and whiskey. Oooo some 4head headache stick. I believe Ellie introduced this to me at Glasto last year and it has been my saviour ever since....ta Ellie! And of course, some gangster/scally clothes and some bling jewellery to go watch Goldie Lookin Chain in!
I have a 10-15 litre expandable carrier which I'll bring. I'll only need to fill it up once a day and it'll serve our whole camp, tis a very handy thing....
