Today I got a ticket on the interstate because I was "driving too closely" I was driving how I was taught to drive (using the three second rule, which is when the person in front of you passes a sign, you count one-thousand one, one-thousand two, etc...) and part of the points was from having stuff hanging from my rearview mirror. What should I do?
contest it, Do you live close to where you got the ticket? if so go to court with it, The worst that can happen is you'll still have to pay for the ticket. That or it could get dropped all together, that or they'll have you pay it but no points taken away.
Not down here, i got a ticket for tail gating down here and I took it too court, i didnt win but all i had to pay was court cost, no points off my license and the court cost was the same price as what the ticket was
no it was the same as what the ticket would have been, but i didnt pay the ticket jsut some court bullshit, and no points were taking away
