    Peace,

how do you view your teen years in the 50's and 60's. What song best decribes how you feel about your past. me it would be

    BEACH BABY
    By: The First Class

Do you remember back in old LA (Oh, oh, oh)
When everybody drove a Chevrolet (Oh, oh, oh)
Whatever happened to the boy next door
Sun-tanned crew cut All American Male?

Remember dancin' at the high school hop?
The dress I ruined and the soda pop.
I didn't recognize the girl next door
With beat up sneakers and a pony tail?

Beach Baby Beach Baby Give me your hand
give me something that I can remember
Just like before we can walk by the shore in the moonlight

Beach Baby Beach Baby There on the sand
from July til the end of September
Surfin was fun we'd be out in the sun every day

Mmmmm, I never thought that it would end
Mmmmm, and I was everybody's friend,
    Oh, Oh,

    Long hard days, oozzie haze,
Juke box plays but now its fading away

We couldn't wait for graduation day
We took the car and drove to San Jose
That's where you told me that you'd wear my ring
I guess you don't remember anything.

Beach Baby Beach Baby Give me your hand
give me something that I can remember
Just like before we can walk by the shore in the moonlight

Beach Baby Beach Baby There on the sand
from July til the end of September
Surfin was fun we'd be out in the sun every day

Beach Baby beach baby (til end)

I was a little kid in the 60's, and my parents got me the "Blind Faith" album, not even close to realizing what they were doing ;) ...they thought that Blind Faith must have been like the Monkees or something :p .....and the song, "Can't find My WAy Home" just rang through my little 8 yr. old ears! I played the grooves off of that beloved piece of vinyl, and I swear, my parents never forgave themselves...
