wow

    i just wanted to share this wonderful experience i had while meditating about fifteen minutes ago. i just started meditating frequently a few weeks ago, i had done it before, but not so frequently, maybe once every two weeks. now, i am doing it 1-2 times a day. but none of those times have compared to this time. during this session i got into a very relaxed mode, i was sitting cross legged, my hands were draped over my ankles. my entire mind started to clear up, and i could see visions of reds, yellows, and greens. my fingertips started to become numb, my hands did the same. i saw myself on a beach, walking back and forth. i was the only one on the beach, and it was surrounded by mountains. and at this point, i felt like i wasn't even sitting in my own home meditating anymore, i felt like i was on the beach walking back and forth. this went on forever, and i just felt so at one with myself. i finally opened my eyes, got up, and walked into the hallway. it felt as if i was floating & i couldn't even believe it. i had to sit down and take everything in. i finally got up and went and sat on my bed with a blanket around me, in total awe, and then i bursted out laughing for about five minutes. so, yes, i decided i must come on here and share this with all of you. i am still really numb, but i feel soooo good. anyway, that's all.

    haha man that is so fucking cool...sounds...beauutiful! i gotta start meditating more often..i used 2..and it made me feel like overall, better. but ya i never expereicned yet...were u under the influence of...something? haha. if not..then thats tottaly kickass!
