It could be that you need to be doing the work. I've had guys that could't cum unless they were doing the thrusting (oral, straight, hand, any kind of sex)... Or, yeah, it might be nerves...
Pre-cum has sperm in it. A LOT of sperm in it. Just because he doesn't cum inside of her, doesn't mean they won't make babies (or exchange bacteria and viruses)...
Two possibilites I can think of. 1. You may grip your penis too hard when masturbating, and the gentle caress of a vagina is not enough stimulation. Change your masturbation practices from a stroke to a gentle rub of your penis with the back of your fingers. Re-sensitise your penis to get use to the gentle grip of a vagina. 2. Condoms dull a lot of the sensitivity Try polyurethane condomes (Trojan Supra are the best). Polyurethane condoms, if you need to use condoms, allow the transmission of a lot of the warmth and much the slippery sensations of a womans vagina. A little more expensive, but worth every cent. That's a good hint for anyone else reading this post.
