You know the one in Dazed & Confused when they're at the party at the moon tower and that chick in the purple shirt is playing on the guitar and singing. Slater says the song's about aliens, does anyone know the name of it or even what I'm talkin about?

I know what you're talking about. It's her own song... she wrote it, and it appears on her album "The Divine Comedy". It's called "The Alien Song (For Those Who Listen)".

 

The Divine Comedy was a really great book. You should read it sometime. Dante Aligheri (sp?)
