Oh dear oh dear, not the Milkman! Seems David Firth's got a bit famous through his disturbing cartoons! Milkman's a bit too sick and twisted for me, it's far too al Zarkawi with added necrophillia! Salad Fingers is great though, and Burnt Face Man just cracks me up (he's not gay!)....
It's erm... interesting... the soundtrack is quite good actually, if i can say something nice about it The imagery is unfortunately odd. Then again in this modern age of violent video games and films (with much worse gore and offences, ok i admit necrophilia is a bit far) I don't see its any worse than these. However the new starwars film features kids being killed by Aniekin Skywalker and surely everyone should remember some of those films directed by Quentin Tarentino, i know they're considered intellectual and artistic, but then again i think this is artistic cos it provokes an emotion...
I think it's bollocks, and David Firth knew it was bollocks when he made it. Made him rather famous though, so maybe he was on to something....
Nonsense it's sick, twisted, brilliance. Hell, if we can't laugh about milk-related axe murder, necrophilia, decapitation and the killing of tiny children, what can we laugh about? The music is by Aphex Twin by the way.
If i want to go twisted i'll stick with monkeydust,jam and johnny the homicidal maniac .that seemed to be a tad derivative and nowhere near as creepy as the salad fingers stuff .
milkman was the first thing i ever saw on fat-pie...and i thought it was awesome and watched everything else he'd put on his site... there is something there for everyone to enjoy...if you don't like necrophilia then might i suggest "a black and white cartoon about roof tiling" or "alan" or burnt face man...especially episode 2 i can't understand why people wouldn't like milkman tho...
