Currently working on getting into Fordham University... in NYC.. and majoring in English. I gave it some thought... Perhaps being a teacher would be better. heh Just as a stepping stone, really. I wouldn't mind teaching. Maybe I'd even enjoy it. It'd be interesting.... And I would be working with my writing career as an undertow, that'll eventually sweep me off and away.
I have to admit the last thing I want to do when I get home is work on the Great American Novel...although I got a great plo tline today! I'm so sick of one-way communication that I could scream.
ha! what's yer ed doing? napping.?.... oh wait that was my last one (my current editors are so overworked that I can go all gonzo and not hear a word about it) where do you write, AD?
Oh, the ed's not napping... trust me, I get bitched at for style issues regularly. As for where I write... I'm in the last year of USF's journalism program, so I haven't had time to write for anyone but school. That's worked out well, though, because they submit stuff to a ton of local publications. I've written for The New Standard, Clamor, a couple newsletters and as a volunteer for my local IMC, though. You mentioned (here, another thread?) that you cover music. Where do you write?
