That theory falls to pieces since you also believe that the Freemasons / Jews / Skull and Bones / Bigfoot and Elvis' gay lovechild / Knights Templar have been secretly controlling this country for decades or centuries. Which is it? Was 9/11 an excuse for the illuminati to take over, or have the illuminati been controlling this world for longer than that?
Bigfoot and Elvis' gay lovechild? WTF?? Lay off the crack, dude. Sure, the power-elite is already in control over everything. The are in control of the economy, the government/military, the media, education and business. What their ultimate goal is, however, is world government. The only thing the elites don't yet have full control over is the people, and they gain more and more control as the Constitution is eroded away. You can be sure that when we are attacked again by the "evil Arabs," we will see even more civil liberty destruction. Simply put, 9/11 was an excuse to invade Afghanistan and Iraq for oil and other resources, as well as for imperial reasons. It also set the course for further destruction of the Constitution and civil liberties, while society is re-engineered into a police state, giving the state more control over the people. It's just a small piece of the much bigger puzzle. OK, asshole?
Ah, I see. The illuminati have controlled the country for centuries, but they only got around to taking our civil liberties in the last five years. Got it. You've claimed that the illuminati can do everything from fixing elections on a national level, to infiltrating and assuming power in every political party and religion in the country, to controlling the weather. Why do these people care about finding an "excuse" to take our civil liberties and invade countries, when they're obviously omnipotent anyway? Why don't they just do it, and public opinion be damned? If they're worried about an uprising, why don't they just infiltrate the resistance movement and take control of that too? Your theories have so many holes in them it would be laughable...except you actually believe them.
No, this has been going on incrementally for years. It merely increased ten-fold following the biggest terrorist attack on US soil. Well, we know for a fact that they can fix the elections, as was the case with the past two elections, in which there is hard evidence they were indeed stolen/fixed. The reason they need excuses is because they need public support. Civil unrest is not as easily controlled as you seem to think it is, which again explains the police state post 9/11. Again, they are not my theories. They are the theories of those who have devoted their lives to studying the New World Order and the power-elite. Don't you understand that your incessant trolling of my threads only makes you look bad. If I am such a nut, why are you so adament on following me around the forums to repeat the same mantra over and over again in an attempt to marginalize and discredit me? "You go to Rense.com. You believe in the Knights Templar. Blah blah blah!!" It fucking gets old. I don't care what you think about me, and I am already quite aware that you think I am a nut. I don't care, because I don't like you. You are the product of a sheltered life. Please, don't talk to me anymore, unless it's to tell me you're dying of cancer. Please, go fuck yourself.
So why did the illuminati wait for 200+ years after the formation of the United States to engineer this attack? Why didn't they just take control from the beginning? I don't think it's easy to control, the point is that YOU obviously think it is, since you ascribe near godlike powers to these illuminati in just about every other aspect of life. Let me make sure I understand this correctly: The illuminati control the militaries of the world, the banks of the world, the media of the world, the religions of the world, the economies of the world, the educational systems of the world, and the businesses of the world...but they're worried about a few civilians (and a small minority, at that) asking a few questions about their policies? So what? People have devoted their lives to studying creationism. People have devoted their lives to studying astrology. People have devoted their lives to studying alchemy. People have devoted their lives to studying UFOs, ghosts, and witches. That doesn't mean they're right. No amount of study can make an incorrect theory become correct. Sorry. Because your senseless conspiracy theories detract from legitimate political debates on real issues, and discourage critical thinking among other reasons. If you don't like it when people question your "authority" on this subject on a public forum, no one's forcing you to post anything. I will continue to point out the blatant logical fallacies common to nearly all of your posts. If you will not or cannot defend your opinions, no one's forcing you to do that either.
This will be my final response to you in this thread. I can think of many reasons. For one, they didn't have the power and resources at their disposal that they have now. It's not about asking questions. You are right, most people, such as yourself, don't ask questions. They go through life believing everything is the way they see it with their own eyes. They believe everything the media and the magazines tell them to think, oblivious to the big money and great power that is behind it, which is used to manipulate and control public opinion. What the elites are worried about is not people asking questions, but an uprising. In order to bring about world government, they are going to need to bring this country down to its knees. This will likely occur via state-sponsored terrorist attacks, or a collapse of the economy. It's likely the two will coincide with each other. When people are out of work and without money, there is a good chance many people will revolt and there will be a great amount of civil unrest. This is why we see FEMA-run detention camps popping up all over the country at an alarming rate. This is why we have the police state we see. It's all in preparation for what's to come, which is Martial Law. Yeah, but unlike those things, the New World Order can be proven, not only by documents and word-of-mouth from these elitists, but by actions taken by countries around the globe to slowly erode national sovereignty and install a centralized power. We saw this with the formation of the UN, followed by the EU, followed by the FTAA, which will eventually merge into the United States of the Americas, where Canada, the United States and Mexico will merge into one country. As you can see, it is a slow, incremental process. Let me refer you to this link and these quotes: http://www.stoptheftaa.org/immigration/ "There are people in the [Bush] administration, and in Mexico, and in Congress, who believe that we should do away with borders entirely. Their ultimate goal is to create this hemispheric ‘free trade’ area consolidating all of North and South America into some kind of ‘United States of the Americas.’" -- Representative Tom Tancredo (R-CO) "Eventually our long-range objective is to establish with the United States, but also with Canada, our other regional partner, an ensemble of connections and institutions similar to those created by the European Union, with the goal of attending to future themes [such as] the future prosperity of North America, and the movement of capital, goods, services, and persons." [Emphasis ours] -- Mexico’s Vicente Fox, in a 2002 address to European elites "Reformist Mexican President Vicente Fox raises eyebrows with his suggestion that over a decade or two Nafta should evolve into something like the European Union, with open borders for not only goods and investment but also people. He can rest assured that there is one voice north of the Rio Grande that supports his vision. To wit, this newspaper." -- Robert L. Bartley, editor of the Wall Street Journal "Indeed, during the immigration debate of 1984 we suggested an ultimate goal to guide passing policies — a constitutional amendment: "There shall be -- open borders." -- July 2, 2002 editorial entitled "Open NAFTA Borders? Why Not?" Did you even read any of the previous quotes I provided? Of course not. You have proven time and time again that you will selectively ignore whatever doesn't fit what you want to believe. No, it doesn't. If people don't like what I say, they can simply ignore me. But you only add to the problem by turning the topic of every thread I post or respond to into a long, drawn-out petty argument. You never present evidence to refute my words. You simply play cheap by trying to marginalize me, kind of like the media and the government does to people with dissenting views whom they want to silence. And if everything I say is so illegitimate, why would that discourage what you call "critical thinking" (which, to you, means believing everything Brian Williams tells you). Obviously, I am a threat to your belief system, or else you wouldn't feel the need to troll my threads without providing any evidence of your own. You simply tell me I am wrong and expect everyone to automatically agree with you. You have made it painfully clear that you are also concerned about what other people think of my threads. You are afraid of the truth, and you are afraid of other people getting ahold of that truth. So what you do is resort to the media tactic of marginalization. You don't debate by providing facts, but by focusing on trivial things, like which websites I visit and what my beliefs are, which often have nothing to do with the topic of the particular thread in question. If everything I say is so obviously illegitimate and far out to the average person, wouldn't these people pick up on my illegitimacy as well, without having to read your feeble, repetitive rhetoric, which does more to make you look bad than it does me? Right. By asking trick questions, all the while providing no facts to the debate. It's always "You believe in the Illuminati. You believe in UFO's and go to Rense.com and talk about Bigfoot. My name is Kandahar and everything you say is wrong because I said so. I know everything because I said so. I am a brownshit and the only truth is what I say it is. Don't try to present me with any of your evidence because I will just ignore it. You visit Rense.com and believe in UFO's, so this means everything you say is not credible."
Thanks. And without further ado.... HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HAHA HA HAHA HA HAHA HA HAHA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HAHA HA HAHA HA HAHA HA HAHA HA HAHA HA HA HA HA HAHA HA HAHA HA HAHA HA HAHA HA HAHA HA HA HA HA HAHA HA HAHA HA HAHA HA HAHA HA HAHA HA HA HA HA HAHA HA HAHA HA HAHA HA HAHA HA HAHA HA HA HA HA HAHA HA HAHA HA HAHA HA HAHA HA HA. Its a conspiracy theory. In 10-15 years you will still be telling everyone that the world government is still 10-15 years away, just as 10-15 years ago other conspiracy theorists were telling us the world government was 10-15 years away. Its a perpetual doom mongering exercise. Remember when adding fluoride to the water supply in the 1950s was a communist plot to control out minds hatched by our globalist American leaders, or at least that's what the John Birch society told us? No, you probably don't know that. Studying the history of the anti-globalist crackpot movement is something you would not find very satisfying. The globalists, who control the world economy and pick the governments to be elected, they need the Patriot Act to read our email? I question your sanity. And as a final note, if you are going to accuse people of trolling, why don't you quit interjecting yourself into the middle of debates saying "the election/protests/parties/people/whatever don't matter because everything is controlled by the illuminati so the only legitimate topic of debate in any thread is the illuminati". I now return you to your regularly scheduled conspiracy.
there's some posts i don't even want to debate in here because quite frankly... STOP WATCHING CNN! and a qoute to the original post i don't know why they do but how they do is because... "seize the metroplis, it's you it's built on" POWER it's all about the power (to them anyways)
What has changed for the illuminati recently that made them suddenly able to engineer an attack like 9/11, when they were unable to do so for the entirety of their previous existence? I see. So they can infiltrate religions, militaries, governments, and economies, often without the knowledge of the "leaders" in those fields...but they couldn't do the same to the resistance movement because you don't want them to be able to do that. Makes perfect sense. Your illuminati supervillains are the stuff of comic books. So these illuminati are aware that civil unrest is greater during periods of unemployment and poverty...yet they're going to "bring this country down to its knees" to prevent this civil unrest. Once again, that makes perfect sense! The cry of ANY superstition. Astrologers or creationists will tell you the same thing about their theories. But any scientific-minded person can easily see that none of these theories, including yours, have the slightest bit of credibility. Did you ever stop to consider the alternative explanation: Those centralized powers exist simply because the people in power of the national governments at the time wanted to form them for whatever reason, not because of some shadowy conspiracy that's been going on for centuries. Why are so many senators (and some people in the Bush Administration) so anti-UN? Their illuminati masters must not appreciate that very much. Maybe they're just pretending to be anti-UN to throw sleuths like you off their trail! Because your quotes are meaningless. None of them talk about illuminati or conspiracies or shadowy governments. They're just various people's opinions about things like free trade. Believe it or not, people can hold political views that disagree with yours without being a part of a conspiracy. Rat, you aren't a martyr no matter how much you want to be. If you've ever read about the principles of logic you'd know that it's notoriously difficult to prove the NON-existence of something. However if there's no evidence IN FAVOR of the existence of something it's usually fair to assume that it does NOT exist. Occam's Razor. Would you agree so far? Therefore, I don't NEED to provide any evidence when I'm arguing for the non-existence of something. I just need to refute yours. That's how one reaches the negative conclusion. Every time you tell people that if they disagree with you they're being brainwashed by the illuminati, some weak-minded person is likely to abandon critical thinking. Every time you use unreliable sources of information, you tacitly encourage others to do the same. Even if those people later become disillusioned with your theories, they've still lost the capacity for critical thinking which is hard to reteach. Right, you are a threat to my belief system. In contrast with the hundreds of the other people I argue with on here, many of whom you would agree are misguided communists and eco-terrorists. But you, and you alone, are the threat to my belief system. ...or maybe you're just full of yourself. No, I show you exactly WHERE you're wrong in every post you make. I always point out the logical inconsistencies in your posts; you just choose to ignore them and instead scream "Sheeple!" Of course I am. This country's gullible enough as it is. If your brand of gullibility swept the country it would be unnerving at best, and could result in something akin to the Inquisition or Witch Trials at worst. The credibility of the websites you put your faith in are absolutely relevant to the topic at hand. Not necessarily. Dogmatic religions (such as yours) have been making fantastic claims for thousands of years, yet there are ALWAYS people willing to believe them. These conspiracy websites suckered YOU in (although in your case I suspect some paranoid mental disorder also), and could easily do the same to others if there isn't someone pointing out the flaws in their arguments.
I would love an all-world government. Of course I can't say so in earnest until I experienced one... Better be an all-world non-government. Of course I, again, can't say so in earnest...
"Rat, you aren't a martyr no matter how much you want to be. If you've ever read about the principles of logic you'd know that it's notoriously difficult to prove the NON-existence of something. Therefore, I don't NEED to provide any evidence when I'm arguing for the non-existence of something. I just need to refute yours. That's how one reaches the negative conclusion." YES! this has popped into my heads numerous times, but I always forgot to mention it. Just like religion, which you can never, ever prove wrong, even though it is so obviously illogical, wishful thinking.
There's tons of evidence proving the desire among the elitists for a world government. If you don't want to look at the evidence that's out there, it's not my concern. Like I said, it's not conspiracy theory.
Why haven't the powerful globalists killed you by now? You're clearly a threat to their secrecy. For that matter, why haven't all of these websites about the globalists been shut down by the global elite?
"There's tons of evidence proving the desire among the elitists for a world government" They might have desire for a world government, but I thought there was already an illuminati already firmly working towards that goal for hundreds of years. And if they wanted to keep some global "behind the scenes" government secret, would they make quotes like those?
america happens to be the most powerful country in the world right now. it used to be rome, it used to be the british empire, it used to be the mayans, it used to be egypt.... i mean the reason america is causing so many problems is becuase it is egotistical and stupid. every empire falls to ruin. when on earth will we get our shit together and realise that we cold all be happy without fighting, and we could just share the world we live in without manipulating, abusing, or oppresing anybody else? it looks like we're still stuck in the dark ages. will the human race even have a planet.... in time to work out these basic facts of sharing, and equal rights. what does a man in battle have? fear. nothing else. just fear and rage. what would a man in a world that shared everything have? peace of mind. and love. so ... thats whats happening. and we're actually destroying the planet too. so will we make it to that place of understanding... or will we carry on fighting like this forever..will more empires rise and fall for millenia. this will be just another war in the books... another record of human stupidity. we could have all had brilliant lives and loved each other without fear. but again. we go to war. and nuke 'them' who are 'they' ?
My very good friend is an avid reader of The Spotlight, I get lots of hand-me-downs. It seems that readers of The Spotlight don't read a whole lot of mainstream press, they say its corrupt. In the interest of objectivity, its good to read lots of difering points. My buddy says that the whole leadership of the world in in a corrupt CABAL to hold down the working man and top get rich off his labor. Pressed Rat might be able to explain this position better. The story sounds very similar to Emmanuel Goldstiens: Theory and Practice of Oligarchial Collectivism dated:1948 Up to a certain point this was true, we had a sanctions regime in Iraq and an Oil-for-Food program that was being ripped off and cheated. With huge bribes paid to Russia, France and Germany. The people of Iraq were malnourished and violated and no one seemed to give a damm. Then along came The Texas Cowboy and boy did he end that system. But my buddy put a diferent spin on Iraq's liberation. I forget the spin exactly. These The Spotlight readers are a negative, nilishistic bunch. Even Bush launching the Iraq war would not change his opinion.
do you mean to state that Soviet actions aginst Afganistan and Chechnya are right and just ? Soviet Afganistsan was in 1979, should The US have supported the Soviets ?
