i really love this music. it has obvious hippy beliefs in the lyrics. i also discovered Tripping Daisy because of them. anyone else heard of either of them?

I think they sound pretty corny and not all that original.

Im really not a fan of polyphonic spree, i think its cause their right under the distillers on my kazza list and i just finished all my punk and then i hear this weird ass polyphonic spree. ever since then ive had a grudge against them.

They mix gospel with psychedelic rock. And they are really good, but the only thing I don't like is that they sold out so early in their career, to Volkswagen nonetheless.:p

I like it mainly because they are trying to push the boundaries, I ve never heard music like this before and its definitly an improvement on the nu metal and whiny punk of today.

You probably haven't heard much music then. But you're only 15. This band isn't the only band out there that isn't punk or nu-metal, either.

They aren't pushing any boundries, either. They're simply taking a psychedelic-pop sound, not really expanding on anything.

I guess that they're original in that they all wear robes and have a "cultlike" image.

Veritas, you have'nt heard music like this cause you're a little kid. I just listened to one of their songs on their site, nothing mind-blowing. I agree that it's got cheese spilling out the ying yang, but I can still listen to it.

PS: What did everyone think of Tripping Daisy?
