Guys that are short but same or taller than the girl

I'm a short guy. So i've been searching around the net to see what girls think about guys that are short but not shorter than them. As long as you aren't shorter than the girl this normally is not a problem, but I'm wondering if you are short for a guy if this changes things.

Short is relative to how tall the girl is. But of course the word short is also used to compare to the public as a whole and not to a specific girl.
Ok well I'm 5'4. I know lots of girls are 5'4 or shorter.

So are there any girls that are about 5'4 or something short for a guy and have opinions about when they notice guys that are the same height as them or a little taller around this height?

 

I've always liked tall guys.... which I'm pretty tall myself so I like them to be taller or at least the same height as me. But some tall girls like shorter men. For example, I've known 2 migits in my life married to tall women. So don't put all your eggs in one basket... maybe you'll find a tall chick who accepts and likes you for what you are.

 

Im short so I like guys who taller than me BUT not to tall just a few inches or so.

 

I guess what moonjava is saying is not to ignore women taller than myself.
Although migits are a bad example.

Tall sometimes means taller. And short sometimes means shorter too.

I've never been upset about women much taller than me.

I normally look for girls my own height at eye level. That is what I'm concerned about. Although it does piss me off when she is only an inch or two taller. Because I assume that she would not like that and it was soo close to being the same. I'm not so sure I would mind a girl being taller than me. What I really care is what she thinks about it.

If I was really comfortable with myself I should be able to have a girl a little taller than myself or (mind you theoretically) much taller. But I'll stick with an inch or two for this example. And I think I could handle an inch or two. It's very sychological when it is close.

But like I said. I'm not trying to go after girls taller than me.

 

to find a guy shorter than me would be pretty impressive... I'm only 5'1". I don't think I'd be comfortable dating a guy who was my height or shorter, but 5'4" is probably tall enough that I wouldn't rule a person out because of it. mmm... shallowness

 

Everyone is the same height in Bed-don't worry about it-just be you!

 

Females who only date or want taller guys is a sense of superficiality. Am I wrong?

 

i wouldn't say its superficial no. you like what you like.
personally i like people who are small becuase im small. i'm 5 foot and petite that doesn mena i fancy tall guydso r short guys...but to be honist the more attratcive ones to e are generally my size...or fairly short..butthats just natrual..i do have tall firends and anyway short is great! wedo things quicker..do the limbo...escape from traps....hide better...tiptoe around silently...do pull ups...jump higher on the trampoline...get cheap public transport!


tall is not the stereotpical good loooking man. ... so its not su[perficial to fancy a tall man..or to prefer tall men..its just a simple preference and everyones is differetnt... being shorter than other people is cool. i like it anyway...got an excuse to jump around excitedly...more compact energy...!!!

 

I'm not attracted to guys who are shorter than me, but I have found guys my height attractive, usually after getting to know their personality first.

 

Why?

 

I've dated guys taller, same height and smaller then me, but never a lot smaller then me.. But then again, the dutch are the tallest people in the world
I really don't care how tall someone is, but the guy usually wants to be taller cause they got this whole protective feeling and its hard to protect your girl if she's a lot taller. I can take care of myself so I don't need a taller guy

 

you just need a beard, and hairy palms and then you can protect me too.

Well I just found two famous people same height as me so you all know what it looks like: Seth Green, Michael J. Fox.

It sucks not being as tall as your mom or dad when they are both fairly short people. They are like 5"6 I think. That would be the perfect height for me. I heard that growth hormone can make you grow up to two inches taller than you would have, but I'm 22 now and there is no way I can take it. The doctors said my bones fused many years ago and I stopped growing when I was like 19.

What is the latest any of you stopped growing?
