Who says all women like these things? You state it as if EVERY woman wants this in a man. Every woman is unique, and personally if someone judged me on what shoes I wear, or whether I know about woman authors..she isnt worth my time. Plain and simple. I'm not going to be someone I'm not. Period.

 

If I hadn't read it I couldn't very well have commented on it now could I? It seems now you're agreeing with my comment, so why the need to attack me? Perhaps you should read before you speak.

In direct response to your 20 suggestions:

1) Define "nice shoes." If you're talking about formal or business attire, I say "forget about it." I'm a jeans-and-sneakers guy who lives in Small Town, USA. I won't "dress up" for anybody, not even my boss.

2) Why? I find "hair over the eyes" sexy. Especially when the rest of your hair drapes down past your shoulders.

3) I love babies -- as long as I'm not their father. At my age, it's a bit late in the game for me to be a parent (I've got 16 nephews and nieces and six GRAND-nephews and -nieces).

4) No problem there.

5) Ditto.

6) Ditto.

7) And start an argument? I'll pass on that one.

8) Of course.

9) Been there, done that. No problem.

10) My mother passed away 30 years ago, but I agree that chivalry isn't dead.

11) That's a no-brainer.

12) Having raised pets of my own (I miss my cats, God rest their souls), that's not a problem, either.

13) Living alone for most of my adult life, that's second nature to me.

14) Only a selfish, cold-blooded bastard would fail to do that.

15) I LOVE to cuddle.

16) Another no-brainer.

17) Only if they're unfailingly polite to us; I won't reward someone who's rude.

OMG LOL You made my Coffee come out my nose here with that list! Humm OK many Women want a guy like that list for the safe and secure man at home BUT on the side they want the other side of that list a bad boy for fun and passion.
That's why most chicks dig the Rock Star guys!
Not to marry-he might leave for someone else.
Look at married couples and you will see a pattern-pretty woman-White Bread guy who dances without moving his hips!
There is like zero passion on that list-it reminds me of what people look for in a Pet!

5) Kiss creatively. OK - this one's a keeper....
15) Do the come-from-behind cuddle-hug, just to say hello. Throw in a little passion, and this one could be good, too...
18) Offer us caresses and compliments for no particular reason. Touching is good - insincere "complements" = lies & suck
19) Understand that we don't always like it slow and gentle in bed. TRUER THAN YOU'D LIKE TO BELIEVE...
20) Understand that sometimes we do. ...also true...(gee, maybe we are complicated....)

6). Realize that if you don't give your woman physical attention, eventually she'll find someone who will....

7). When that happens, realize that you helped create the situation

8). If you can really fix, build, or otherwise do something better than her - go ahead -
if not keep your advice and skepticism to yourself...

9). Say what's true and real - you don't need to "protect" us from reality, or fear "offending our delicate sensibilities"...

10). If you're having a hard time - SAY SO - maybe we can actually help... (we're supposed to be friends, right?)
at least we won't think you're just being a "special assh*le", or assume that WE'VE done something (...to offend your delicate sensibilities....)

11). Make eye-contact every now & then - it reconfirms our existence...

12) Realize that maybe we're not STUPID, and easy to get over on - maybe we're cutting you some slack, or letting something slide

13). Don't hide money, stash, or valuables from someone you're a partner with - it teaches them that you can't be trusted...

14). Realize that women talk to each other - about EVERYTHING - your "old reliable" knows your girlfriend....

15) Understand that EVERYBODY hates cry-baby, excuse making...

16) Realize that if you bring her flowers "for no reason", she'll suspect that you have been "bad" - or plan to. be...
(If you want to make a "nice gesture", do some housework - then stay home with her - that'll confuse the hell out of her...)

17) Know that women generally resent being given gifts which came from your girlfriend or ex's belongings....

18) Try to avoid having "his" and "hers" rules for behavior and activities - if you don't want her to do it, you shouldn't do it too...

19) Know that your woman is not your mommy...

20) Realize that if you make a habit of hitting women, you might die quite unexpectedly from some undetermined cause...
