The schools will naturally "randomly" pick kids to be tested who don't conform to the system as much as they should and who are a little outlandish and bohemian. Can they force you to have the tests done? Are you allowed to refuse, on the grounds that you object to having your privacy invaded? How long after you smoke cannabis can they detect it in your blood stream or whatever shit they test?

I've got a really bad feeling now, something bad's gonna happen. Argharghargh shit.

Well to start thc or pot chemical stays in your system for up to 30 days but you can go to a local head shop and by de tox but they are somewhat exspencive and i relly dont think it is legal for schools to give random drug test without parent permission.

You're right. However, it's NOT illegal for a school to kick a parents' student out for refusing to let the school drug test that student.
