This doesn't happen as often as it used to but sometimes, right whenever I was about to doze off and my body was completely relaxed, I would get these quick 5 second visions. 95% of the time it's of the inside of a cave and there would be this *stuff*, some kind of matter in the room. Sometimes the room would be flowing with it and other times there would be some puddles of it (whatever this "it" is, something black). None the less they only last a few seconds and it's just a "sweeping" view of the room. One night the vision came and the room was totally flooded. It came at me immediately and I felt like I was drowning so I woke up the moment it finished and got out of bed and did some relaxing stretches. I finally figured out that depending on how much *stuff* was in the room was directly related to how much *stuff* I had going on in my life at the time. It was definitely a reminder that I needed to step back from life for a while and just evaluate some things.
hahahhahaha Ive had something like that once, but it wasnt really vision, more of a body thing, I couldnt move, my whole body tingled and it felt as if my legs where being pulled up and town and this was lifting my body up n stuff. but it didnt hurt. it was awsome . thats bout all I remember. The rest is blurry ....I wonder what it is....Probably something to do with Lucid Dreaming.
I have had all sorts of strange things to happen, mentally,in those moments just before sleep. It's hard to tell whether it's dreams or something else. Sometimes it's been visions or something similar to dreams...other times it's been the feeling that I was floating out of bed. It happens alot....I would love to know what causes that.
I sometimes get this vision right before i fall asleep. and it's always the same thing. I'm riding my bike down a street, but i can only see my feet. Then suddenly i hit a rock or something and i fall off the bike. And then i come back to myself. And it's always such a shock when i fall off the bike and wake up. My heart beats so fast and i breathe faster... it's really uncomfortable and a very weird feeling. wonder if it means anything...
