i need some information on this..i'm thinking of trying them either saturday or friday but want to figure out the best way first.
i heard heavenly blue, flying saucers and pearly gates are the best..
how much do i need to eat, and is it okay to crush them up and put them in a smoothie or something, and eat them that way?
i want a pretty intense trip, so how much would i have to ingest for this?..is there anything i should avoid, or look for on the packages when i buy them? also, how much are they all?
    thanks

Okay, yeah those three types are the only ones that I know of that actually contain LSA. I would reccomend getting 10 packages from the brand 'Burpee'. Then, I would soak all the seeds overnight in water and then pinch them so the insides slip out of their shell and only use the insides (the shell contains stuff that makes you sick and you'll be grateful that you took this extra step). Then dry and crush the insides, put 'em on a spoon or something, and eat with something to wash it down right after. You could put them in a smoothie, but I really don't think you'd want to because they aren't all that bad in the first place, and the smoothie would probably just make them harder to consume.
