the casualties suck. all they do is brag about how punk they are cause they have spiked hair and leather jacket with studs all over them. as much as i hate to talk about who is a poser and who isn't cause it reminds me of deciding who is cool in highschool i have to say that the casualties is a trendy punk band.
they don't brag about how punk they are. that's all what the casualties talk about. every single song i've heard from them has said i'm a punk this or i'm a punk that. they're trying to hard to prove themselves.
maybe music wise, but their lyrics or different. i just don't think it's necessary to keep sayin how much of a punk u are in the majority of ure songs.
Well this whole pop-"punk" sound is trendy punk... I don't see this phase going away anytime soon, though.
i'm into nofx's older stuff. i'm not to up to date on their new shit. i liked the album punk in drublic. haven't listen to any of their new shit.
If you would actually listen to the lyrics or read them. Thier songs are not all about being punk. Why bitch about music you dont like. If you dont like them so much then stop listening to them. I'm not to fond of them either but their not that bad. Try listening to leftover crack or The Blood Brothers. Those are some good bands.

i dont think they suck, but i just listen to them cause i like the energy in the music. Yeah, their lyrics suck and arent worth the trouble of trying to understand them, and a lot of the songs are them just yelling about being punk or whatever, but im not listenen to them for the lyrics.
