It sounds like the parents finally figured out that we don't believe the "facts" about drugs that we are taught in school, because we've been told so many lies about marijuana. And it also looks like the organization understands that many teenagers do try drugs, and it's trying to help deal with that. I read an article from their "SafetyFirst" link.. and it sounds like that program provides the straight-out facts to parents. I think if enough kids' parents hear this information, it could change the whole general public's attitude towards marijuana. That's how it got it's bad reputation among parents that it has now.. school meetings.

That's a pretty closed minded attitude. I am a christian and I use weed regularly. What makes you any cooler than me or anyone else? And since when did using drugs make ANYONE cool? Not all christians are bible thumping church volunteers that know what's best for everyone else. Some of us just love our God and do our best to honor him.

I smoke pot daily, grow my own even, make tiedyes for a living, and never cram christ down anyones throat. I dont know anything about that, I doubt it, But he sure forgives me for being one! T.V. and the world in general seem to deplete my ability to focus on spirit things- Shrooms have a way of restoring my internal balance.But must be used sacramentally- I am also part american indian, maybe thats where that comes from. I am 42 years old, I started doing meth at age 15, did it over 20 years, but now i am clean- with a messed up mind. I got my script for weed because of anxiety disorder. It does much better to pray the bad away, but it's hard for me to do so with all that I am constantly juggling. If I could possibly spend my time contemplating Christ whenever I want, without having bills to pay and whatever- then I would not want to smoke even- because he calms my head better than anything. But Id have to live in a monestery, and that's just so not where he wants me to be. my brain is unbalanced, and i utilize the properties of cannabis to help it settle down. It's actually legal here!
