    dunno try eating foods rich in silica and take some ginko biloba (a herb), you might notice some other effects too!

    Just eat a balanced diet. You hair is protein chains and needs protein, fats, carbs, and vitimans and minerals to grow at its peak potential. Also try massaging your scalp lightly to promote blood flow.

    ^ Blood flow is very important. Studies show that animal fat is bad for hair, because it clogs up the passageways that nourish the roots. You could try decreasing your meat/dairy intake and increasing the "good fat" like nuts (raw), olive oil (raw, cold-pressed) & avocado. Unfortunately these things are usually on the pricey side. But hey, how much is your hair worth to you?
