I am also below 3.0 and I worry because so much is based on grades. It's ridiculous, really. I know I'm intelligent but I simply cannot apply myself to this crap system. Don't mind me, I'm just bitter. I do want to go to college in hopes that it will grant me more freedom than High School did but I just hope some place wants me! Hey - C's get degrees.
I didn't go to high school, I was homeschooled from 7th grade on and I went to Indiana University. Really, grades aren't always an indication of your future success in life, truly there is life beyond grades. Afterall, "And I say to the C students, you too can be president!" LOL! But seriously, don't worry so much, just have fun and learn what you love and love what you learn. Rowan
hell yea...... but in my case i dont really even have to goto school to do what i do..... im a cook.. i love it.. always gonna be a cook and right now im makin great money for a cook where i live..... maybe sometime in the future i might goto school for culinary arts.... just for the learning experience but for the most part you learn just as much if not more just being in the field instead of goin to school for it.... i've met plenty of culinary grads and they didnt seem to know shit
Graduated with a 90%, but had a 97% my last two years on H.S. (wasn't doing too well mentally in 9th and 10th grade, which reflected on me grades)
I graduated high school with a cumulative GPA of 3.2... As a rising junior in my college, i'm on the verge of failing out...
